The M3 Assistant Coach L1 is the entry point to the M3 method — the same framework M3 Padel Academy uses to develop players at the highest level. Over an intensive, on-court program you'll learn to run a session, feed the court, read technique, and correct players with confidence.

You receive an official Certificate of Completion issued by M3 Padel Academy. It is a professional certificate, not a government-issued teaching licence.
No prior coaching experience is required. A solid playing level helps, but the program takes you from fundamentals to running beginner and intermediate sessions.
There is no level requirement to enroll. To pass the practical evaluation, you should be around a 2.5 to 3 Playtomic standard.
$1,399 CAD + HST, with everything included. Groups of 3 or more save 10%.
The M3 methodology, court feeding, stroke progression, drill design, online theory, student manual, and practical and theory exams.
The M3 Assistant Coach L1 at The District is taught in English.
