The District launches 2026 with three clubs located in Toronto, Cancún and Puerto Vallarta, making the first phase of a long-term expansion strategy across North America and key international markets.

Our Flagship Location
Is the cornerstone of The District’s growth strategy. Designed as the brand’s benchmark club, the Toronto location sets the standard for infrastructure, technology, programming, and member experience. Opening in Winter 2026, this flagship will serve as the operational, commercial, and brand reference point for future clubs.
Cancún
Represents a strategic expansion into a high-profile international destination market. Scheduled for Summer 2026, the Cancún club is designed to attract both local players and global visitors, leveraging the city’s strong tourism, hospitality, and real estate ecosystem.
Puerto Vallarta
Reinforces the expansion strategy with a focus on lifestyle-driven growth and long-term community engagement. Also projected to open in Summer 2026.
M3 ACADEMY
At The District, player development is built on more than
experience, it is guided by a globally recognized training methodology.
All of our coaches are trained under the M3 Methodology, developed
by M3 Padel Academy, one of the world’s leading padel academies known
for shaping high-performance players and coaches.

The M3 Methodology goes beyond technical instruction. It focuses
on the complete development of the player, integrating
technique, tactics, physical preparation, and mental approach
into a structured and progressive system.
This ensures that players not only improve faster, but also understand
the game better and apply their skills consistently in real match
situations.
By training with M3-trained coaches at The District, players benefit from a coherent, high-level coaching framework used internationally, adapted to all levels: from beginners to competitive players.
High-Performance Junior Academy
Complementing our approach, we are implementing a High-Performance
Junior Academy.
This intensive youth development program rigorously follows the M3 Methodology with a long-term vision.
Our objective is to generate and polish top-level players who are
prepared to successfully compete on the professional circuit.
