Full payment is required to secure your spot. Cancellation Policy: Up to 7 days before camp, club credit will be issued. Less than 7 days before camp, deposits are non-refundable.

To ensure a safe and personalized experience, our camp follows a ratio of 4 participants per coach.
Groups can run with a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the camp week will not necessarily be cancelled.
Yes. Our club staff and camp monitors have the required certifications, including First Aid/CPR and the necessary safety requirements to work with children.
No. Lunch and snacks are not included. Each participant must bring their own lunch bag with the food and snacks they will need during the camp day.
Yes. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch, snacks, and any food that meets their dietary needs or restrictions.
Participants should bring comfortable sports clothing, proper court shoes, a water bottle, lunch, and snacks.
Yes. Participants should bring their own water bottle, and a water fountain will be available at the club for refills.
During registration, parents should provide the participant’s t-shirt size and inform the club of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or important medical information.
