Distric Padel Club Pilar 10 exclusively features courts crafted by a Spanish trailblazer in the industry, renowned for their expertise in manufacturing and assembling padel courts, complete with artificial grass. There are three standard court models, but we also offer the customer the opportunity to customize them.
Mesh:
Electro-welded galvanized 50 x 50 x 4 mm; embedded in the pillars, to avoid injuries and irregular bounces.
Lighting poles: Straight, 45° V-form or curved.
Lighting: 200w LED spotlights (26,000 lumens).
Structure:
Pillars 100 x 50 mm doubled at the corners and anchored to the ground with rigid Hilti-type base plates.
Sealing:
Neoprene sealing system in all joints between the glass and the pillars.
Grass:
The artificial grass for padel used by Distric Padel Club are among the best in the market. Additionally we advise our clients in every step from the design of the installation, budgets, types of material that suits better as well as the best maintenance.
Other factors must also be taken into account when selecting the type of material, such as the number of stitches, the composition of the back of the grass, the amount of fiber or the height of the pile.
Types of grass: Green and blue texturized (10 mm) 8800 dext and 44000 stitches.
